Shipping policy

Order Processing

To ensure the highest quality and customer experience, all online orders are fulfilled as dropship orders. This guarantees your dress is brand new, inspected, and verified before being shipped out.

  • Orders are processed same day or next business day.

Shipping Methods

All shipments are sent via UPS using the following available options:

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 3 Day Select

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

  • UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air Services Cut-Off

Orders requiring UPS Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00 PM (PST) for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off will ship the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact UPS directly.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the box and the item so we can best assist you.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee to resend the package.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer, you may choose to have your order shipped to our physical store location for in-store pickup.
Please note: You are still responsible for shipping costs.
