Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions!
Q: Why are the dresses online not all available in-store?
A: Due to our current location, we simply do not have the space for all the inventory. The website is an extended online catalogue to help you explore styles that may not be available in-store that we can order for you.
Q: Do you offer layaway/payment plans?
A: Yes, we offer layaway/payment plans.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: For all in-store purchases, all sales are final. We do NOT accept returns and not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges

Before finalizing any purchase, all customers are required to sign our return and exchange disclaimer.
Q: Do you rent out your dresses?
A: We do not offer dress rental services.
Q: Do you buy back dresses?
A: To ensure quality and experience at our store, we do not buy back dresses.
Q: Do you make custom dresses?
A: We do not make customize dresses. However, our alteration services can provide custom modifications to certain dresses when possible (i.e. adding sleeves, slit, corset, slit, etc.) Alteration services are for fitting and some modification.
Q: If I order a dress, how long will it take to arrive?
A: Standard orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. During Prom Season, shipping times may vary. While most will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days some may take 7-14 business days.
Q: If I order a dress, can I exchange or return it if I don’t like it or change my mind?
A: No. Because these are special orders, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any reason.
