Here are some answers to some of our frequently asked questions!

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: For all layaway and purchases, all sales are final. We do NOT accept any returns and do NOT offer any form of refund, credit, and exchanges under any circumstances.

This will include for...

  • ANY deposits or payments made (including layaway and holding deposits)
  • Dresses
  • Accessories (Earrings, Jewelry Sets, Crowns, Bracelets, etc.)
  • Petticoat
  • Alterations
  • Damages (i.e. stain, missing bead(s), loose thread(s), discoloration, zipper etc.)

Before we finalize any purchase, we have everyone sign the disclaimer regarding our return and exchange policy.

Q: Do you rent out your dresses?

A: We unfortunately do not offer rental services.

Q: Do you make custom dresses?

A: Our alteration services are available for fitting services only.

Q: If I order a dress, how long will it take to arrive?

A: It will take at least 7 business days to arrive. During Prom Season, the arrival of a dress can be delayed depending on the availability and/or company fulfilling the order which can be from 7-14 business days.
